Three stove sizes are available to seamlessly integrate with a range of kettles, portable electric agitators and electronic thermometers. The #20 stove, the choice of most candymakers, is CSA certified for USA and Canada and will cook batch sizes up to 45 lb/20 kg, depending on recipe and kettle size. Features
Optional reducing ringsInterlocking circles of cast iron allow you to use smaller diameter kettle sizes on any Savage gas candy stove. The rings nest in position on the cast iron stove top and create a strong, solid support surface for smaller kettles, or if a complete set is used, a flat bottom pot.
