Vantage House is proud to represent Savage Bros, in the UK & Ireland. This American company has been established since 1855 and produces a wide range of industrial confectionery machines.

Mainly producing Fire Mixers for steam free sugar boiling, their equipment is also used to manufacture chocolate, fudge, candy, toffee, croquant, nougat, peanut brittle, jellies, coated popcorn and more.  Savage offer the machines to mix, cook and melt confectionery as well as cutting, depositing and lifting and pouring the mixes.  Both standard and bespoke machinery is available.

The Gas Candy Stove

It is designed for cooking of fudge, caramel, toffee, brittle and more. Three stove sizes are available to seamlessly integrate with a range of kettles, portable electric agitators and electronic thermometers. Electrostove

Two size stoves are offered; the ElectroStove-20 is the most poplular and uses a 20 inch diameter kettle, with about 7KW of power, while the ElectroStove-24 uses the larger 24 inch diameter kettles and has 12KW of power.
