Options:
The enrobing attachment of 18cm width fits onto the 30 Kg moulding machine (28cm width enrober for the 80kg size). Many options can be added to the base unit, depending on your production.
With straight paper take-off table, the enrober is used for bars, biscuits, chocolates etc.
The alternative option is a truffle extension from which truffles roll off into cocoa powder, chocolate flakes, vermicelli, nut chips etc. (A motorised rolling table is available as an optional extra for coating enrobed truffles)
