Prefamac Flaking Machine (Curl)

The Curl Flaking machine is the latest innovation from Prefamac - not only is it a flaking / shaving machine, but it goes one step further and allows you complete control over the type of flake you want. You can adjust the flake curl length and width to achieve the perfect finish on your product.

Options:

Different knives are available, to produce flakes

of different length (different notches).

A length of 7 to 8 cm is standard. Shorter

lengths are also available (i.e. 4 or 2 cm).

One type of knife is delivered as standard.

• Separate motors for drive and knife: Speed regulation on both motors - The speed of both motors can be regulated by 2 potentiometers so that the push speed (thickness of the flakes) as well as the blade speed (curl level) can be adjusted. Thus, the ideal thickness and shape of the desired flake can be controlled by the user.

• Cylinder knife (with 6 blades) flakes the chocolate blocks via a rotating (driving) movement.
