-
FIRSTLY check the mechanical
thermostat. The mechanical security thermostat is placed at the
bottom on the back of the machine.
-
Set this thermostat once and
for all at +/- 50°C.
-
This thermostat gives an extra
security on your machine for the case of eventual electricity
problems.
-
It's will indicate the maximum
acceptable temperature for your chocolate, and thus different for
each type of chocolate you are working with.
-
Please check this thermostat
each time that you are replacing your machine.
-
When you install it ex:. only
on 20°C it is not possible to reach chocolate at 30°C. - Is your
Omron E5CJ still working ?
-
Is it giving an error function
? Can you replace it with the thermostat of another machine ?
-
Is your sensor still fixed ?
-
Only the function
"up" and "down" will work.
-
All programming functions are
done and blocked by Prefamac.
-
Push the right hand and
the left hand side of the thermostat.
-
Take the thermostat out of the
machine.
-
Replace it with a new thermostat.
4.
How to restart my machine, after having pushed in the
emergency valve ?
By turning the red emergency stop
valve a little, and then pushing the green
start knob. The machine will then start.
5.
Which machine functions will be blocked after pushing in the emergency
valve ?
In case of problems,
you must push the emergency stop valve with your left knee. Hereby +/-
the complete activity of the machine will stop, ex: the wheel, the
vibration table, the different plugs (for your heating lamps, your
enrober belt with/without detailer-blower-...).
Only the thermostat
(heating) will still work, to keep your temperature at the same
level. By turning a little bit on the emergency stop valve,
and then pushing the green start knob, the machine will restart.
-
Turn the direction switch to
the right to start moulding.
-
Turn this switch to the left to
start enrobing.
-
The 4 spirals on which the
vibration table must be installed, must be placed on the 4 projections of the moulding machine, located near the
tank.
-
The (male) plug of the
vibration table must therefore be placed in the (female) plug
contact of the vibration motor on the inner side of the machine,
located near the tank.
-
We have added a slip coupling
on the reductor of the motor, which is blocking the wheel and the
stirring arm in case of chocolate in fixed form.
-
Wait until all chocolate is
liquid.
-
Let the machine rotate again.
-
The chocolate can be drained
out of the machine, via the tap on the underside of the machine.
-
The tap must be warmed up a little
bit first, to avoid stoppages.
-
Do not leave the machine on
without processing chocolate. This may result in unintentional
temperature fluctuations.
-
Never let the volume of
chocolate reduce by less than half in the tank, as
this may also cause processing problems.
