Where plain, milk and white chocolates are used the triple tanks are ideal. Double tanks are popular with bakeries where both couverture and compound are used and any factory using two types of chocolate.

The triple tanks all share a common water jacket for economy, however each tank has a motor. This enables the tanks to work independently; one tank can continue to stir whilst another is being filled or drained.

3 phase 380V + N32 A, with fuses.  Start-stop with relay and thermic fuse for the agitator drive.  Omron thermostat with PT 100 sensor and relay for the outlet taps.  Safety cutout device on the lid.

Connection

As standard the machine is delivered with the connection point to the upper left of the switch box.  The machine should be positioned near to main water, and a hose should be provided to fill the double jacket.
