Hacos HML 600 SC Mini Moulding Line

All mould guides are trace heated to prevent a build-up of chocolate.

This mini-moulding line covers an area 5.6 x 1 m. and has a capacity of up to 600 moulds per hour.

Incorporating an HML 600 this line also features the following additions: 

  • Turning Station.  This means dark and white chocolate can be moulded together for two colour chocolates, without cleaning out the machine.      

  • Closing Section: This means that either, solid products can be produced quickly and inexpensively, or in-line finishing of moulded chocolates doubles their production time.                                                               

  • Book Moulder: This means double moulds can be made in a single process. An HM 100 filled with praline or truffle mass is wheeled into position in the closing section, and double moulds are 'book-moulded' to produce classic Belgian style chocolates such as 'Fruits de Mer'.
