Originally designed for the chocolatier using one or more hand-moulding machines, the key to the HML 600’s flexibility is that it utilises existing hand-moulding machines. They simply wheel into place and form the in-line supply of chocolate to the moulding line.  Changing between plain, milk or white couverture causes no problems. Routine moulding of chocolates or solid shapes becomes faster and more consistent in quality without compromising the variety of different product lines in production.
