FBM TF 500 Cooling Tunnel

This tunnel works with forced ventilation with a double circulation flow of recirculating air.

This system provides excellent uniformity of temperature and optimum crystallisation of the chocolate.  The gear motor speed may be adjusted on this conveyor system, which is fitted with an automatic electro-pneumatic belt guide.

By adjusting the speed of the conveyor belt and the cooling temperature numerous combinations can be obtained, which make this machine particularly versatile and suitable for small to medium sized production units.
