TF 300 Cooling Tunnel With one lateral cooling section.  Cooling is by convection; forced air with ring-flow circulation.

The cooling system has reduced humidity and allows the optimum chocolate crystallisation.

Electronically adjusted temperature control, to a minimum of -8°C.

Complete with automatic electro-pneumatic belt guide.  Terminal belt drive head, with speed gear motor / reduction unit.  Belt speed from 0.5 to 2.5 metres per minute.
