FBM REL 600 Depositor

REL 600 With a single head featuring rollers this machine is designed to deposit dense, medium dense and whipped dough (such as macaroons, petit fours, cream puffs etc) that are traditionally piped by hand using piping bags.With a wire cut feature this machine can also drop short crust and similar density pastry.

Nozzles (ex1, ex2, ex3) of various designs (nearly 140 for biscuits and taglio-filo) can be fitted to the machine according to the customer's requirements.

A microprocessor with a 99 program capacity controls the operation of the machine.   Regulation of all aspects of the machine is possible whilst the machine is running.   The product hopper is easily removed for quick and easy cleaning.

Speed: 30 stokes per minute.  Suitable for trays 600 x 400 - 900 mm
