FBM REL 450 Depositor
With the option of two interchangeable heads. The first features rollers and
is designed to deposit dense, medium dense and whipped dough (such as macaroons, petit
fours, cream puffs etc) that are traditionally piped by hand using piping
bags. With a wire
cut feature this machine can also drop short crust and similar density pastry.
The second head is pump activated and is for whipped, semi-dense and liquid
pastry. Ideal for depositing directly into moulds. Nozzles of various designs
can be fitted to the machine according to the customer's requirements.
A microprocessor with a 99 program capacity controls the
operation of the machine. Regulation of all aspects of the machine is possible
whilst the machine is running. The product hopper is easily removed for quick and
easy cleaning.
Speed: 30 stokes per minute. Suitable for trays 400 x
400 - 900 mm.
