The model EVOLUZIONE 400 is
the first table drop machine in the world. Its dimensions make it possible
to mount it over tables and working plans.
This machine is suited for
dropping dense, medium-dense and whipped type dough, macaroons, petit
fours, lady fingers, almond pastries, cream puffs and other dough
traditionally dropped by hand, using squeeze sacks. Moulds of various
types and shapes can be mounted on the machine, according to customer
requirements, for drop cycle. The machine comes ready fitted with
spout-holder blade. The revolution mould and the plane-holder blade for
figure plates may also be fitted on the machine as optional.
A microprocessor with 10
programs controls the mechanical operation system of the machine. Even
with the machine in operation, this microprocessor allows the adjustment
of: ± dropping time and , as option, ± mould revolution. Once the work
cycle is finished, the machine automatically resets to initial memory. The
machine may also be fitted with optional speed variators for the dropping
pace and for the rotation of the rollers inside the feed head. Tray drive
unit with double conveyor belt. On request, the machine may be programmed
for to-and fro. Movement of the tray. Removable feed head for fast, easy
cleaning.
