FBM Unica Continuous Tempering
& Moulding Machine
The continuous tempering unit along with the built-in compressor and cooling
unit ensures perfectly tempered chocolate and constant fluidity throughout the working
day.
Easy to set electronic controls ensure very precise
temperatures whilst a heavy duty vibration unit gives perfectly moulded product.
Fed with melted chocolate, the
Unica will produce 90 Kg of
perfectly tempered chocolate per hour. The Unica can be used as a continuous
temperer in its own right, or to supply a variety of chocolate equipment.
Fitted with a heated vibrating table measuring 700 x 400
mm. The construction is of stainless steel, and the machine is mounted on casters,
allowing for total mobility.
Options
The Unica can be supplied with a removable 180 mm wide
stainless steel enrobing section, complete with de-tailer, vibrator and blower. Belt
speed: 1.5 metres / minute.
