ChocoMa Spare Parts


Please use this page for reference for spares on your ChocoMa machine. Select the area required to view images, diagrams and spare parts available - Get to know the inners of your machine!

You should also check your machinery manual and also a spare parts list from Vantage House (available on request if you do not have one - please keep it somewhere safe & easy to refer to).

Please note that spares are always ordered directly from ChocoMa in Denmark - we do not keep any in stock at Vantage House. It is recommended that the customer always keeps extra spares in stock to avoid last-minute shortages.  

Should you have run out of stock and require spares urgently we are able to obtain these for you from ChocoMa via DHL Worldwide, within around 3 working days IF the items are in stock.

If you have a ChocoMa machine, please make sure you know the Model and the Serial N° (on the machine make plaque) - these are essential for ordering spare parts and to avoid unnecessary delays. They tell us what machine you need spares for & when the machine was made.

Spare Parts Policy

Our standard policy where a customer feels that they are entitled to receive a free replacement part under guarantee is as follows:

  • We advise the customer of the price of the replacement part.
  • We advise the customer of the approximate cost of shipping the spare part especially where express delivery is asked for.
  • We arrange for a replacement part to be sent to the customer, either from Vantage House stock or direct from the manufacturer.
  • We invoice the customer for the part and the shipping. We ask for the part considered to be under guarantee to be forwarded directly to the manufacturer.
  • If the manufacturer confirms that the returned part does qualify for free replacement we then credit the customer accordingly.
  • Where the manufacturer feels that the customer should pay in part or in full for the replacement part we then forward the manufacturers decision and the reasons given to us to the customer.
