Wax Coat your cheeses simply, easily and inexpensively. These reliable machines are specifically designed to manage coloured or clear wax for complete coating of a variety of different sized cheeses.  Over the past five years a number of major UK Cheese manufacturers have installed these machines and depend on their outstanding reliability and versatility.

This machine coats cheeses in wax seamlessly and evenly - with none of the lumps, bubbles and tails from hand-dipping. It is a low cost machine that offers excellent value for money with low staff and skill requirement and a small footprint. It gives you continuous production of reliable, high quality finished product.

The machines have a small footprint; they are easy to operate, compact, robust, all stainless steel and fully compliant with current health and safety regulations.  They have clear and simple control panels and a minimum of just two unskilled operatives is required.

Cheeses are carried along a wire belt and through a bath of wax onto a take-off table giving perfectly evenly coated cheese - ready for chilling and packing.

With a belt width of 320 mm and variable belt speed between 0 and 5 metres per minute, output is both consistent and high and can be adjusted to suit individual requirements.  Easy wax colour changes are effected without holding up production.
