The Chocoma 5B Enrober Series can be used for coating fruit, nuts, fondants, toffee, fudge, biscuits and most types of pastries with real chocolate, compound, fat glaze and similar types of coatings.

The enrober can be supplied as one of three different models with two widths of conveyor belt - 18 cm and 24 cm.  The bench top enrober with paper take-off table, the console enrober with mobile heated console and the tunnel drive enrober with paper take-off table and drive for a cooling tunnel.  

One enrober head complete with 13/29 litre storage container, wire mesh infeed and conveying band.  Adjustable depth control, chocolate veil box with flow adjuster and chocolate lifting wheel.

Vibration mechanism, adjustable heated blower with speed control, overhead ceramic heater and de-tailing device.  Separate bridging device supplied as standard to allow half coating only (bottoms & sides).

Hygienic top mounted transparent cover.  Enrober control panel is side mounted.  Standard throughput speeds (fast & slow) are 1 and 2 metres / minute.

CLEANING: The enrober head is easily removed for washing by means of a high pressure steam washer or hot water.
