Infeed loading table approx. 500 mm. Side mounted transfer plate - left/right-hand.  Double veil chocolate enrobing box with separator / filter, bottom coating thickness adjuster, vibrator mechanism for air bubble control, variable speed blower for thickness / decoration control, chocolate feed pump for machine user or external delivery / emptying (reversible).

Overhead heating, separate motorised de-tailing mechanism, woven transfer mesh enrobing band (removable for easy cleaning), bottom & side coating only if required, enrobing area totally enclosed by transparent guards.

Bottom storage tank enclosed and complete with agitator panels - designed for easy access & removal.  Tank capacity 60 ltrs.  Enrobing head & base unit electrically heated and thermostatically controlled by the top mounted switch panel.  Chocolate container supplied with water jacket, heating element and cold water connection - at extra cost.

The unit can be provided ready to receive pumped liquid chocolate from a tempering machine.

Throughput speeds are variable between 1 & 2 meters / minute - or to suit.
