The enrober features thermostatically controlled heating, variable speed blower, bi-directional de-tailer, variable speed grill-belt, variable speed chocolate pump. The chocolate tank is water jacketed with water circulation feature. The main grill belt is made of stainless steel and is specially modified for frozen product. Belt speed is between 1.5 and 3 metres per minute. Available in 24, 32 or 40cm width belt. |
