Using the latest chocolate manufacturing techniques, the Praline Fix 2000 can fill a variety of chocolate shells, offering the highest quality standards of centre depositing. This machine can be used for most non-aerated fillings - praline, fondant, truffle mix, caramel and many more.

Please note that this machine will only work with products that flow - ie: they have to be of a liquid or relatively semi-dense consistency (not aerated) to flow easily from the hopper to the nozzles.
