These delicious tiny granules of chocolate are ideal for decorating or including in:

• Chocolates
• Centres
• Cakes
• Ice-creams
• Desserts

They can coat truffles, be sprinkled onto dark or white chocolates or used to finish off fresh cream or fondant-topped cakes and desserts. 

As they freeze so well they are also perfect for ice cream or frozen desserts. The granules, unlike powder, have a light crunch that adds “bite” to the finished product, as well as giving it a higher value appearance.

• There is a minimum order of 1,000Kg on these chocolate granules, delivered in 25Kg bags.
