Offshore UK customers - Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands

Orders under £350 delivery charge - £20 per consignment

Eire customers

Generally, but not guaranteed 3 day service
Orders under £350.00 delivery charge - £20 per parcel up to 20 kilos

Backorders

Although we endeavour to ensure that most items mentioned on our product Price Lists are available from stock, inevitably on occasions we may be out of stock of a given item. If this is the case, we will contact the customer with an estimated delivery date.

We then will give you the choice of:-

·         Taking the incomplete order now and having the out of stock item sent on when available at the appropriate delivery charge.           

·         Removing the item from the order.

·         Holding the whole order until all items are in stock.

Delivery charges will apply in each case if the order value does not meet the criteria outlined above.

*Low value and liquid items

• Please note that we sell some low value/high weight commodity products, such as Sugars, and we will only accept orders for these items as part of a mixed pallet consignment (the exception are the 1kilo pots of Glucose & Fondant)
   
• We can no longer ship liquids packed in containers larger than 1 kilo/litre via Couriers. These are marked ‘pallet’ on our pricelist and can only be delivered as part of a (mixed) pallet order. i.e. 25 kilo buckets & jerrycans.
   
• Mixed pallet consignments minimum value = £600. Backorder policy also applies to larger pallet consignments.
